Second Aircraft Carrier Shipment complete

HENRY ABRAM & SONS have successfully completed the second barge shipment.

In this specific shipment HENRY ABRAM & SONS provided turn-key transportation managment along with chartering of tugs and barges to ensure the safe delivery of the Aircraft Carrier hull sections from Appledore to Rosyth

The shipment consisted of 4 units weighing a total of 1,400Te.

The barge departed Appledore 04/03/11 and arrived in Firth of Forth on 11/03/11

The next shipment is due to take place August 2011
