Henry Abram & Sons Ltd are experts when it comes to the transportation of vessels under their own power and on their own keel.

We believe we are probably the oldest established ship delivery company in the world and have delivered well over 1800 ships on a worldwide basis.

This experience allows us to offer a comprehensive service, getting the vessel from departure to arrival port in a safe, efficient and cost effective manner.

There is much more to ship delivery than simply crewing a vessel and sailing off. The experience we have allows us to carry out all ancillary aspects of ship delivery on behalf of the client, such as:

registration

recommissioning of laid-up vessels (in close dialogue with the pertinent classification society)

inspection and survey

bunkering

port clearing and handling

cargo handling

insurance matters

crew training (often in combination with delivery of new buildings)

shipyard trials (crews and engineers)

provision of a guarantee engineer (on behalf of the shipyard, for the duration of a ship's guarantee period)
